Time management strategy and its impact on reducing the causes of job stress: An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of Tikrit University employees

This study seeks to determine the effect of time management strategy in reducing the causes of job stress in the organization under investigation. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach to deal with theoretical propositions and practical data and attempt to harness them to achieve the objectives of the current study. The study population reached (80) individuals from unit and division officials in the colleges of (Administration and Economics, Education for Pure Sciences, Engineering, Science, Agriculture and the College of Law). The data collection tool was the questionnaire and it was distributed to a sample of (65) questionnaires. The study came out with a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The time management strategy includes conscious awareness of the art of using time, and knowledge of ways to exploit it in a practical and effective manner, in order to raise individuals’ performance rates and increase productivity. The study presented a set of recommendations in light of the conclusions drawn, the most important of which were: identifying time management strategies in a way that reduces procrastination, reduces interruptions, and enhances discipline, especially when engaging in organizational activities.

Addressing enterprise risk management in Iraqi commercial banks based on the effectiveness of accounting information

Accounting information systems play a pivotal role in the structural organization of banks, despite not being the most significant aspect, owing to the sensitive nature of banking operations. They are characterized by several key factors: the central focus on handling money with extreme caution, especially as banks primarily manage depositors' funds; the profound impact of banks on the state's economy, making effective management vital for adapting to changes; and the multifaceted nature of banking activities that require professionalism and speed. Effective accounting information systems are essential for a bank's success, enhancing its competitiveness, adaptability to technology, and response to economic changes. Given the sensitive nature of banking, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) takes center stage. ERM involves planning, organizing, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on various risks, including financial, operational, strategic, and reputational risks. Effective IT governance is essential, providing greater control over ERM and delivering benefits through the utilization of accounting information systems. It ensures efficient investment, risk reduction, flexibility in information systems, oversight, user validation, and data control to meet evolving needs effectively.

Human Resource Skills and Their Role in Achieving Digital Service Quality: An Analytical Study of Employee Opinions in Asia Cell Telecommunications Company

The current research aims to shed light on the skills of human resources and their role in achieving digital service quality, by applying them within Asia Cell Telecommunications Company. This was done through distributing a questionnaire to a random sample of 70 employees working in the mentioned company. The research problem was formulated by the main question: "What is the role of human resource skills in achieving digital service quality in Asia Cell Company?" Based on this question, two hypotheses were formulated to determine the nature of the relationship and the impact between the main research variables. Under these hypotheses, a theoretical model for the research was constructed. Data and information were collected and processed using the SPSS.V-26 statistics software, relying on the descriptive analytical method. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which confirmed the presence of a statistically significant correlation and impact between human resource skills and digital service quality at both the overall and partial levels. Among the main recommendations provided by the research is the encouragement and motivation of work teams within the company to apply new skills in the context of daily work. This is achieved through sharing experiences and utilizing the findings after the completion of each training program. This approach can enable the company to improve team performance and achieve better digital service quality.

The Effect of Using (PDEODE) in Developing the Multiple Intelligences of third-stage students and providing them with the Basic Concepts of Psychology

This study aimed to investigate the impact of a teaching strategy known as PDEODE on the development of multiple intelligences and the acquisition of basic psychology concepts among third-year students in the Department of Psychology at the College of Education for Humanities, Tikrit University. The researcher employed an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design. The study sample comprised 30 third-year students for the academic year 2020-2021, divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. To collect data for the study, the researcher used two main instruments: a multiple intelligence scale and an achievement test designed to measure the acquisition of basic psychology concepts. The validity and reliability of these tools were confirmed using appropriate methods. Statistical analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 26), which included the calculation of the Cronbach Alpha coefficient to measure test reliability, as well as the computation of means and standard deviations of the study data. The analysis of the data involved the use of t-tests for two independent samples to assess the equivalence between the two groups. Additionally, analysis of covariance was conducted to determine the significance of differences between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group in terms of developing multiple intelligences and increasing students' ability to acquire basic psychology concepts. The study's results indicated statistically significant differences at a significance level of α = 0.05. These differences favored the PDEODE teaching strategy, as it was found to be more effective in developing multiple intelligences among the students. Furthermore, the average scores of the experimental group students were significantly higher than those of the control group in terms of acquiring and retaining psychology concepts. In summary, the study demonstrated that the PDEODE teaching strategy had a positive impact on the development of multiple intelligences and the acquisition of basic psychology concepts among the third-year students in the Department of Psychology at Tikrit University. These findings provide valuable insights for educators and curriculum designers interested in enhancing the effectiveness of teaching strategies in psychology education.

The effect of the comparative structure on learning some defensive skills in the sport of fencing for students

Progress in the educational process requires the teacher to choose the best methods to develop the required movement, as learning methods play a major role in developing learners' skill levels. Third, the short period, the number of units allocated, and the poor technical performance of learners in this game showed the current problem. To solve this problem, the researcher resorted to using the comparative advanced organizer strategy to facilitate the learning process faster and better than the traditional methods of learning some defensive skills in the sport of fencing for students.

Tax compliance behavior: Factors affecting the compliance of individual and corporate taxpayers

This research studies the factors affecting individual taxpayers' and company owners' tax compliance behavior. A sample of 243 is selected From Iraq. The researcher distributed questionnaires to individuals electronically, and 239 questionnaires were recovered. The valid ones for analysis were 232 questionnaires (95.4%). The questionnaire consists of two dimensions. The first dimension is (influencing factors) and includes four factors (ethical, social, psychological, and tax awareness). The second dimension (tax compliance) includes 25 statements, and the value of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient is 83%. The descriptive approach is adopted, and it is found that there is a relationship with statistical significance between each of the factors. The four studied factors and tax compliance have a strong positive correlation.

The effect of the self-organized learning method on the stability of attention and learning some forms of basketball shooting skills for students

The purpose of this paper is to identify the method of organized learning in the stability of attention and teach some forms of the skill of shooting basketball to students. The researchers took the sample of the research, which included first-year students at the University of Babylon - College of Physical Education and Sports Science, with a total of (40) students divided into two groups, one experimental and the other a control group. Before the teacher, with (20) students per group, the parity was conducted between them in the research variables, and after collecting and unloading the data, the following conclusions were reached: the self-organized learning method had a major role in learning the forms of basketball shooting for students, the development of attention stability reflected positively on learning the forms of shooting basketball for students. Under these conclusions, the researchers recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are the necessity of adopting the method of self-organized learning in learning the basic skills of basketball and emphasizing the method of self-organized learning during the educational units in learning skills in games and other activities.
