Abstract

The researchers addressed the scientific and technological progress that characterizes this era in all aspects of life in the first chapter, as it is one of the most prominent areas of human knowledge that is still developing on the foundations and principles of which scientific research is the foundation. As well as the function and significance of transformational leadership, as well as its link to the intellectual fluency of Babylon's secondary school principals, in the Directorate of Education. The purpose of this research is to identify the transformational leadership and intellectual fluency of secondary school principals in the Babylon Directorate of Education. Additionally, determine the relationship between transformational leadership and intellectual fluency among secondary school administrators in the Babylon Directorate of Education. According to the study's hypothesis, there is a positive and statistically significant association between transformational leadership and intellectual fluency among secondary school principals in the Directorate of Education during the academic year (2021-2022). In the Babel Directorate of Education, there is a statistically significant difference in transformational leadership and intellectual fluency among secondary school principals. The descriptive survey method was used to achieve the objectives of the research, and the research community included principals of secondary schools in the Directorate of Education of Babylon for the academic year (2021-2022), (50) people were chosen for the research sample, including a secondary school principal from the Hashemite Education Department. Additionally, based on the findings of statistical data analysis and variable analysis. The most major conclusion gained was that there are considerable disparities in transformational leadership and intellectual fluency among secondary school administrators in the Babel Directorate of Education.
