Abstract

The process of determining the levels is considered one of the important and basic topics in the training process for all sports, especially in the sport of Paralympic weightlifting, which is the measure that reflects the real field training reality of the training process and the development of the weightlifter. The slide is for people with disabilities in the sport of weightlifting, and the sport of weightlifting is one of the competitive sports that has its specificity in terms of capabilities and performance. As for the research problem, through the experience of the researcher and interviews with specialists, it was found that there are no levels of capabilities for the sport of national Paralympic weightlifting, hence the research problem The research problem, through the researcher's experience and interviews with specialists, found that there are no levels of capabilities for the national Paralympic weightlifting sport, hence the research problem. The goal is to identify the special capabilities and find levels of capabilities. For the capabilities of the national Paralympic weightlifting sport, and the results showed that most of the sample is at the intermediate level, and that the tests are very suitable for the sample. As for the recommendations, the researcher recommends adopting the standards that the researcher reached and using them in the training units, the two weeks and the monthly ones, preparing the training units as a methodology, and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the lifters.
