Abstract

The research problem is that the most significant basic aims of any study are the advancement of scientific movement in a certain direction and that the world today is a microcosm due to contemporary technology. What happens in a disaster-prone nation or within the same country influences society and leads to psychological ailments such as somatic symptoms and obsessive-compulsive disorder, and this is the reality. Giving is a problem that impacts society and people's lives. Preparing exercises (shadow boxing) advised for the rehabilitation of somatic symptoms and obsessive-compulsive disorder in mental patients was the aim of the study. The second chapter includes theoretical material concerning the research variables. The following experimental technique was utilized by the researcher: The selection of the researcher for the experimental technique was made in two equal groups. (an experimental group and a control group with a pre and post-test). The sample size is (26) boxers, and (13) boxers were chosen at random. The sample was separated into two groups (experimental and control) and ranged in age from 20 to 25 years. The researcher then presented, examined, and discussed the findings:

It showed the arithmetic mean and standard deviations and the data were put into tables, where the researcher utilized the statistical package (SPSS) and then examined and discussed the results in an accurate scientific manner.

The most important conclusions: Based on the findings of this investigation, the researcher came to the following conclusions:

1- The shadowboxing workouts utilized on mental patients had an effect on the development of physical and skill characteristics linked to arm strength endurance.

2- The exercises performed in the shadowboxing method on mental patients had an effect on the development of physical and skill factors connected to the shadowboxing technique.

3- The shadowboxing workouts employed on mental patients had an influence on the development of level and weight.

The following were the essential recommendations:

1- Emphasis on the use of physical and skill exercises in the shadowboxing style, according to the patients' training load and the order of weeks' activities.

2- Emphasizing the significance of primarily employing strength-bearing exercises and the rest of the workouts in particular.

3- Taking care of and focusing on the mechanical system of executing physical and skilled activities.

4- In recent weeks, there has been a focus on relaxing until the pulse rate hits 120 beats per minute.
