Dimensions of intellectual capital as an input in promoting organizational excellence: an exploratory study of the views of administrative leaders in the presidency of Tikrit University

The study aimed to know the effect of intellectual capital through its dimensions that were adopted in the study model (human capital, relational capital, structural capital) in promoting organizational excellence through its dimensions (leadership, strategy, human resources, organizational structure) ,for the purpose of determining the nature and type of this relationship, the researchers used the questionnaire after collecting data from a sample consisting of (145) respondents working in the presidency of Tikrit University, and after the distribution process, (143) questionnaires valid for analysis were retrieved and many statistical tests were used to obtain the required results, which It was represented by each of Cronbach's alpha coefficient to measure the reliability of the study variables, Pearson's correlation coefficient, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and relative importance, as well as linear regression to measure the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, and through which results were reached represented by the presence of a strong correlation between intellectual capital and organizational excellence with an effect Moral of intellectual capital and its dimensions on organizational excellence.
