The researchers worked on using an educational method based on the ideas and principles of the new constructivist theory in teaching the skill of preparing for volleyball and developing the motor dexterity of this skill. The researchers built a special test of motor dexterity for the skill of preparing volleyball to measure the nature of the performance of the research sample (students). The application of educational units according to the model that the researchers chose. After completing the application, the results were encouraging in that the educational units in this model have an effect on the motor dexterity of the skill of preparing volleyball for students. The researchers concluded that the test's validity was designed to measure the motor dexterity of the skill of numbers in volleyball. The effect of exercises using the (Needham) model on the motor dexterity of the skill of numbers. The researchers recommended Using the (Needham) model with auxiliary means in developing the intentional performance of volleyball skills and designing skill tests for other volleyball skills.
