Common Misperceptions in physical education and sports sciences among Al-Qasim Green University Students

Abstract

This research aims to identify the common misperceptions in physical education and sports sciences for students of Al-Qasim Green University, as well as to identify the differences in these perceptions according to gender, sports practice, type of students, and scientific specialization. The descriptive approach was used.  The research sample was the students of Al-Qasim Green University, whose number is (2562), including (25) male and female students, an exploratory sample representing (0.97%), (180) male and female students representing a legalization sample, and their percentage (7.02%), and (100) male and female students as a sample for applying the scale. Percentage (3.77%). The results indicated a significant percentage of common misconceptions among students of Al-Qasim Green University in its various disciplines.
