Muscular power exercises and another type of modern exercise, reactive agility exercises, combine traditional agility training with attention, perception, and motor expectation training at the same time by using some training methods and tools. Research plays an important role in using muscular power exercises. In competitions, some biomotor abilities play an essential and significant role. This is through which the player can achieve positive results and implement physical skills and tactical duties in the best way. The study aimed to identify the impact of muscular power exercises and reactive agility exercises on developing biomotor abilities for youth football players. The researchers used the experimental method and followed the experimental and control group design. In this study, the research community consisted of the youth of Wasit Governorate clubs participating in the governorate league for the season (2022-2023) at ages 17-19; the sample is composed of (20) players divided into (10). Muscular power training and reactive agility training prepared by the researchers were applied to the experimental group for a period of (8) weeks with (3) training units per week. After completion, post-tests were conducted and statistical data were processed using the SPSS system. The researchers reached many conclusions, the most significant of which is that muscular power exercises and reactive agility training have a positive impact on the development of biomotor abilities among young football players.
