Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the function of school administrations in overseeing a lesson and various sports activities from the perspective of supervisors and physical education instructors. To do this, the researcher created a questionnaire that was distributed to 116 middle and high school physical education instructors. In addition, statistical data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Tests (v). The study's findings revealed a good and beneficial role for school administrators in overseeing lessons and various sports activities from the perspective of supervisors and physical education teachers. She also mentioned that there are financial and administrative barriers to supervising the physical education lesson from the perspective of supervisors and teachers in general, and supporting external and internal activities in particular, and that there are no statistically significant differences between supervisors and teachers in the role of school administrations in supervising the sports lesson. Furthermore, increasing funding allocations for physical education sessions to address problems and impediments, as well as recognizing and encouraging pupils to participate in sports activities
