Abstract

This research aims to develop scales of global leadership skills and career passion from the perspective of sports workers in order to identify their level of administrative leaders in youth forums in the Middle Euphrates and to determine whether global leadership skills correlate with career passion for administrative leaders. The administrative authorities in the youth forums in the Middle Euphrates governorates (Babylon, Holy Karbala, Najaf, Diwaniyah), totaling (144), choose the research community. They represent (48) youth forums, and the research sample includes (130) sports supervisors to assess administrative leaders in youth forums. The global leadership skills scale consisted of (32) items representing (4) dimensions, namely (technological skills and institutional capabilities, individual personality skills, cultural diversity appreciation skills, and professional skills). The functional passion scale consisted of (20) items representing (2) dimensions, namely (harmonic passion, and compulsive passion). The two scales were applied to the research sample and a statistical bag (SPSS) was used to extract the results. Among the conclusions that the research reached was the existence of a direct significant correlation between global leadership skills and career passion among administrative leaders in youth forums in the Middle Euphrates. Among the recommendations that came out of the research is to strengthen global leadership skills in all its dimensions in youth forums. This is done through courses and developmental workshops held by the Ministry of Youth and Sports or its directorates.
