Abstract

The handball game is distinguished by excellent performance in terms of speed and accuracy. It consists of numerous offensive and defensive skills in which the two legs and hands are synchronized and distinguished by speed, strength, flexibility, agility, and performance accuracy. Because the handball game relies heavily on leg and hand movements, particularly a large percentage on the foot (for the knee joint) to shoot and score goals, it is subjected to a great deal of physical pressure and various types of influential forces that cause significant damage to its ligaments, tendons, muscles, and structure. Since this joint and the foot exchange the weight of the body to the ground, and this requires that the joint and its structure be in useful solidness for the coherence of its work, it requires avoidance from these wounds and information of how to dodge and avoid harm, as the competitor continuously looks for to proceed the viability without wounds to attain the next level of accomplishment, sports training, and sports medicine are among the important and specialized basic sciences, in which medical sciences are used and applied in terms of preventive and curative aspects. As a result of these sciences' contributions to the development and rationing of training loads to be more suitable for the body's endurance and benefit from the positive effects of the body's functional state, the correct methods and programs to prevent or avoid the occurrence of sports injuries are now available. Because the problem was defined by questions, the researcher attempted to answer some of them:

1- What is the reality of the biokinetic capabilities of advanced players in handball?

2- How to avoid joint sprain and weak muscles working on the joint.

The goals were as follows:

1- Preparing preventive exercises for the knee joint according to some biokinetic abilities of advanced handball players.

2- Identifying the effect of preventive exercises on the knee joint according to some biokinetic capabilities of advanced handball players.
