The study aimed to evaluate the impact of a rehabilitation program based on artificial intelligence technologies in improving the functional efficiency of the shoulder joint in swimming practitioners with rotator cuff rupture. The study adopted an experimental approach on two groups: experimental and subject to intelligent intervention, and a female officer who received a traditional program, and the tribal and dimensional measurements of muscle strength and motor flexibility were carried out. The results showed a significant and significant improvement in the experimental group, muscle strength increased from 18.5 ± 2.1 cm to 25.3 ± 1.8 cm, and flexibility increased from 115.3 ± 8.2 cm to 133.7 ± 7.5 cm after application, while the control group showed no statistically significant differences. This improvement reflects the ability of the intelligent program to adjust training loads according to individual response, enhance neuromuscular control, and improve the range of functional movement of the shoulder. The results indicate that the combination of intelligent rehabilitation exercises and real-time performance analysis provides an advanced and safe model for improving shoulder functional efficiency and reducing the risk of recurrent injuries, enabling a gradual and safe return to sports activities.
