This research aims to identify the effect of dual-task exercises on developing the explosive power of the legs, dynamic balance, and the level of composite attack performance among foil fencing players. The researchers employed an experimental method using a design of two equivalent groups (experimental and control) with pre- and post-tests. The experiment was conducted on a sample of third-year students practising fencing at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Babylon, totalling 12 participants. The main research sample consisted of (6) participants for each group. The researchers also conducted a pilot study on (4) participants from the same research population. The researchers used questionnaires and observation, in addition to Arabic and foreign references. The most important results indicated that:
- Dual-task exercises have a clear and significant effect on developing the explosive power of the legs and dynamic balance.
- Statistical results showed that dual-task exercises have a clear and significant effect on improving the level of composite attack performance among students practising fencing.
