Abstract

The current study is important because it determines the adaptation efficiency of physical training and police game players in terms of positive coping abilities. The research problem concerns some examples of failure and deterioration in athletic performance, which may have been directed and adjusted by training and practice or even by human coaching. The directives and modifications did not successfully address certain habits, and no scientific research was undertaken to develop professional behaviour and sports performance for these persons. The study aims to develop two measures of adaptive competence and positive coping in physical training and police game participants. They identify and predict adaptive competence in terms of positive coping for players in physical training and police games. The researcher used a descriptive approach in the survey method and mutual and predictive relationships, and the research community included players from the physical training and police games departments in the police commands of the Middle Euphrates governorates (Babylon - Karbala - Najaf - Al-Qadisiyah - Al-Muthanna) for the year (2022-2023). There are (268) players in all. Among them, (120) were chosen at random for the sample for constructing the standards, and (120) were also chosen for the main experiment. The most notable findings were that physical training and police officers in the Middle Euphrates have high levels of adaptive efficiency and positive coping. The discovery of a substantial direct association between adaptive skill and positive confrontation with statistical significance. Based on estimated values of positive coping among physical training and police players in the Middle Euphrates, it is possible to determine the level of adaptive efficiency. On the one hand, the most significant advice was to pay attention to players' psychological preparation during training units. Physical and skill preparation, on the other hand, is prioritized. Coaches must work hard to improve adaptation efficiency among their players through positive confrontation-related practical or theoretical training modules.
