Abstract

In this research, the spotlight is shed on combating and combating extremist ideology and terrorism. This study included the definition of terrorism, the emergence of this term, the causes of terrorism, and ways to treat it. The research focuses on the role of universities in combating extremist thought, and spreading the thought of moderation and moderation. Building a healthy generation armed with the spirit of love, tolerance and cooperation, and between extremism and its causes, the emergence of extremist groups working in the name of Islam, and ways to deal with and reject them, and to purify the lives of Muslims from extremism and extremism.
