The significance of the research stems from the fact that there is a significant shortage of research in the sports field dealing with psychiatric patients, as well as a scarcity of research of this type, a study concerned with rationing training loads for this segment by determining the type of training load and the extent to which the hospitalization rate contributes. The research community determined a precise definition by selecting psychiatric patients from the consultation of Marjan psychiatric hospital, the number of which was (20) patients deliberately committed to the experiment, excluding (10) patients for several reasons (they did not agree to the experiment, physical unpreparedness, difficulty of their commitment, the presence of side diseases that prevent the completion of the main experiment), and the sample was randomly selected. "Within the framework of the results shown by this study, the researcher reached the following conclusions:" physical fitness exercises on psychiatric patients influenced the development of physical variables level and weight. Based on the conclusions reached, the researcher recommends the following: Emphasis on the use of physical and skillful fitness exercises with general endurance, care and focus on the mechanism of performing physical fitness exercises from a mechanical point of view, confirmation in the training units to reach the pulse (130)beats per minute, emphasis on weight exercises with increased repetitions and low intensity and at least two units per week, confirmation by doctors to perform exercises with a low intensity training load.
