The selection of the training method is one of the important factors that coaches and specialists give great importance to in the sports training process, and one of these methods is (S.A.Q) training, as (S.A.Q) training is derived from the first letters of each word, which are (Speed, Agility, Quickness) respectively. The study aimed to prepare (S.A.Q) training and to know its effect on some physiological and physical indicators for basketball players under 19 years old, and assumed the existence of differences between the pre- and post-tests in the research variables in favour of the post-tests. One of the most important conclusions that the researcher reached was the emergence of a tangible development in the improvement of the physiological and physical indicators studied (anoxic capacity, aerobic capacity, transitional speed, explosive strength of the legs, agility). The researcher recommended that further studies be conducted on S.A.Q. training for different age groups, and conducting S.A.Q. training for various games and activities.
