The sample was randomly selected, amounting to (20) players. The researcher conducted the pre-skill tests, which are (accuracy of handling and accuracy of scoring). Then, the main experiment was conducted for two months, with three training units per week, for a total of eight weeks, with a total of (24) training units. The time allocated for the research exercises ranged from (25-30). The method used was the method of low and high intensity interval training. After that, the post-tests were conducted, taking into account the conditions that took place in the pre-tests. The researcher used statistical methods (SPSS) to extract, analyze and discuss the results. The research results showed significant differences between the results of the tests used in the pre- and post-research. The researcher concluded that the exercises similar to playing are more effective in developing handling and scoring because they combine the skill and mental aspects. He recommended standardizing the exercises. Similar to the game for age groups to achieve maximum benefit.
